As for talk about the raising moving past the $150m - It won't be, it will be scaled back and heavily. Knowing how this has worked with QBE over the years and having multiple holdings (in different family member names), the larger holders will be looked after more than the smaller and I would expect it to be no different this time around.
Just one other thing that hasn't been mentioned, is the fact that QBE and all the other insurers will be joining up and going after the Qld government for the Wivenhoe debacle, now that it has surfaced the authority did not use their own manual in regards to release dates.
