Dear stocklust, I shall attempt to respond to your comments. I would note that since you joined the community on HC you have not owned any GDN shares and your 3rd post on HC started your trend of suggesting GDN should not be listed.

So Rosy - who picked up GDN as a shell?? - bit more info from your worldly knowledge of public companies is greatly appreciated because as a publicly listed company this never happened!!
per our friends at wikipedia: "A shell corporation is a company which serves as a vehicle for business transactions without itself having any significant assets or operations.", seems to fit the description of GDN early last year. Seems to be no reason why GDN as a listed company could not be a shell. One can buy shell companies off the shelf or a group of investors could for example purchase a listed vehicle.

Evolution - interesting term - maybe you can explain how the company has changed other than a new Manager (not team!!) - there is only one in the office at present - maybe you should ring and check some facts with them - give them a laugh in the office - go on!!
it's not a very complex business, why would one want to load up the business with an expensive team?

Exploiting opportunities in Ukraine - exploiting is a GDN tradititional word - I thought you said they had evolved.
exploit is what I meant. exploiting present participle of ex·ploit (Verb)
Verb: Make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource)

So in your wisdom - who has control of the company??
    the shareholders

Get funds - yeh right, other than another cheap cap raising through Otsana, how do you propose they will do this - abracadabra and whoosh here's some cash!!
I don't entirely understand the question. My understanding is first attempt is to get money out of existing assets, which I see them trying to do. I do the same thing in my business when I go into a new organisation, that is sell all the rubbish stock in the warehouse, make room for new saleable items.

What is decent prospect?? - interesting you can utilise the English language in such a manner!!
I see a useful asset in the Ukraine. There are plenty of public documents. You are entitled to draw your own conclusions

Sort out management - last time I looked Sciano was still a director - yep massive changes here!!
Yes, Richard is still there, fair comment. But he has either been removed or has thought better of it and is not responsible for the day to day running of the business

Farmout/monetise what?? They dont have Golden Eagle and they will not be the only body invited to submit their proposal. Let's see - large cashed up reputable multinational o & g company or GDN - I wonder who BLM would choose??
You have do what you can with the hand that was dealt. Lets see how well they do with get some money out of Golden Eagle, a bit of a test for them here. Alternative is to walk away from it and realise zero value. I would prefer they have a go, (but not spend too much time or cash on it).

We are an $18mill MC company - are you part of the team that took the company over - what the??
I am a shareholder and as such, yes am a part owner.

If this post of yours represents your knowledge of the share market and o & g industry, you will need all the luck in the world with GDN.
Thanks, luck is always nice to have. My knowledge is a bit broader than a 200 word post and I am learning all the time. Get it wrong sometimes, buit do OK, well better than OK

Stop sticking your head in the ground Re GDN - check their history - their current and past directors, the way they burn their cash each quarter, their complete lack of accountability, the way they glorify their Anns without ever following through with anything of substance - todays ANN on Golden Eagle just proves this leopard is the same!!
We can all learn from history, but I am looking at what is happening now with a view to where GDN might be in the future

I don't care if you win lose or draw with GDN, what I do care about is all those gullibles that have bought or may buy GDN by reading the innuendo posts from people such as you and the new band of GDN converts on this forum just so you can pump the price and make a short term gain.
Your concern is touching. I am and I suspect others appreciate a robust discussion and warning on occasions. Whilst the SP is not always a good measure (we've all seen some shocker companies with a high SP) I do see that GDN's SP is up nearly 30% since you started posting about GDN.

Where will you be when this little baby is dumped yet again - off somewhere else pumping yet another share with nothingness like your previous post!!
If the plans of GDN's management are poorly executed or don't come to fruition, yes, I will most likely move on. But my current view is that we will be tapping some gas in a few months time and generating some cash.

All just my opinion - DYOR and check GDN out fully before making any sort of financial commitment - 10000+ burnt past holders can't all be wrong surely!!!Like you I am genuinely sorry that previous investors in GDN have lost on their investment. I look forward however to a new chapter in the GDN book, that the company is also looking forward and doing their utmost to generate value for the owners of the business, us shareholder.
