watso has to admit, that he is not up to date, with desalination plants in west australia , except to say that he has a hazy idea that a second plant was built, but he has no idea about any other (ie a third ) plant.

reading between the lines, but cwe is missing out, because it cannot deliver - damn it all, but the cwe process was supposed to deliver fresh water as part of the process.

this is a nigerian scam.
