FACT: Newman has been cleared THREE times by the Qld CMC.

FACT: The HSU is being investigated by FWA (3 years and counting). This covers the time that Thomson was secretary of the NSW branch.

FACT: The NSW and Victorian police are also investigating the above matters.

FACT: The NSW police are investigating a separate matter regarding the alleged use of Amex cards by Thomson and Williamson.

FACT: There have been no charges, as yet, laid against Thomson. Whether he is a criminal is yet to be decided by the courts if it gets that far.
