Quite seriously if the leasing company did any research(apart from reading transol press releases) they would never have lent any money to transol.
I dont think the leasing company was a good source of information
Whoever was responsible from within the leasing company for this deal was clearly incompetent and as I stated before have got very lucky in that transol have raised that 4M and will probably get most of their money back.
Those UK investors will be very unhappy.
Shareholders have a right to be very unhappy.
Even to the end the company put out misleading information. 4 days ago the company puts out a announcement all is well, 3 days later receivers are appointed. Surely the directors knew at the time all was not well and should not have made any announcement until the situation was clarrified.
