Looks like the max study period is 156 weeks, or 3 years. Does individual treatment start at enrollment, or does everyone start once full enrollment is reached?

My understanding of a double blind study is that half of the patients enrolled will not get the real CVac.

Why would you enroll for the study if you could just go to Dubai and know you're getting the real thing?

Effective blinding can be difficult to achieve where the treatment is notably effective (indeed, studies have been suspended in cases where the tested drug combinations were so effective that it was deemed unethical to continue withholding the findings from the control group, and the general population)
