I've got a very basic understanding here. When plans for the demerger are announced is it acl fonda or acl onc that will be set up as a new company. ie. which one will stay under existing and which one set up as new.
I presume it's acl onc set up as new listing and there will be a small capital raise at this time.
The next question is what price will the cr be at / ie. what will be the initial market cap of acl oncology.
The market cap (share price) of the proposed listing will be critical and may provide a step up in the shareprice prior to the demerger as people start putting 1+1 together and realise that the current market cap is only equal to one half (fonda). (ie. minor value on acl onc)
Maybe you won't need to wait until after demerger NEO... but I thought you wanted to stay in Fonda.
Just thinking out loud. Others thoughts?
watching and waiting like a well trained acl long term holder.
