I beleive these imbeciles are trying to make a differentiation between an EIA and a "detailed" IEA.
I have seen the word "detailed" attached to some news items prior to today and notice that was again used in their release this afternoon.
Can anyone shed any light on the use of the term "detailed" as I have no idea if there is indeed any difference or if this is something they have concocted to suit their own end.
