    NS,
I think that you are wrong. This case can not go either way. The judge is not crazy and she will not close a $1B plant just because of this flimsy case that is not supported by facts. The EIA report was submitted in time and it is detailed enough. Who determines if it is detailed enough? the judge? No. The minister in charge of the environment has the absolute expertise to determine that it is detailed enough for HIS office purposes. BTW, knowing how Lynas meticulously works, I'm sure the report is detailed and comprehensive. I think I've read that it is available on the web now.

Secondly, the claim about conflict of interest is even more ridiculous. All AELB needs to do is to ask: who is supposed to pay for the radioactive supervisions AELB needs to perform. Any logic person will say that Lynas has to pay.

AELB can also show that the conditions for the TOL are quite strict and reasonable and the act is not irrational as they claim.

To conclude, I will sleep well at nights.
