IMO many of Roald Dahl's books are disgusting in the language used and attitude displayed.
My son started reading Dahl's books last year at school and my daughter started this year and most of the parents of their school mates who I have heard comment on Dahl's books have expressed the same view.
Except for those that are school teachers and ones who consider themselves intellectuals and support what they call freedom of expression in children
