Its cash with a sting of course. Its not equity funding so they need to raise equity funding to pay any interest and the draw down from the facility . That appears to be their plan. They could be waiting to see if the big lump of equity is coming before actioning the facility.
Unless they can convert the facility into shares at a later point. Its not exactly clear on this point.
