Just ring the stock exchange, they will explain to you that they have a policing unit that watches the market, however it is people like you and me that help draw attention to a particular stock on any given day if this watchdog misses the action.They are grateful for drawing attention to a stock that they may have missed. I did this last friday for CTP and they got a speeding ticket on that day at the end of close.
So go figure?
