    CUB, different definitions. You can consider that significant. I don't.

    Our biggest shareholder to date is Blackrock and they hold less than 5%. Not enough to demand a seat on the board. Soon we will have Xstrata. They will be significant with 15% and, as I'd expect, have demanded a board position. So they will be representing their own interests.
