My response was a counter arguement saying that the deal is a given with shareholder vote and court approval remaining. It is highly unlikely the court will say no (after FIRB) and with 1.8 billion shares on offer our votes are miniscule.

There is always a chance with anything that there might be failure but if the bookies had odds on FMS on a 30c T/O this would be a very short favourite.
