Sounds that way. Note the objection to the fees arrangement from MF Global Singapore will likely need a court hearing in itself. Sounds like a trivial matter but no doubt their administrator is also keen to draw things out and complicate them as much as possible. And the dispute with MF Global UK over $34 million I would have thought would be quite straightforward and obvious. Only one side is the rightful claimant but both sides will be extracting their fees. From what I have read the UK administrators are even more avaricious, claiming GBP 14 million for the first two months work. I don't expect there will be a quick resolution on that one.
