    Substantial holders increasing their holdings may also think it is time to wind up the fund and collect $5.70 almost three times the share price of a month ago , default is not a bad thing.
    My gut feel tells me AJA will be hunted for J.V with management or take over similar to Tishman Spire( TSO ) still smiling on that wonderfull 2.8 year 11 x investment.
