    Looks like a Farmout.

    They needed to take control so that their offer is accepted.

    They got in Cheap IMO.

    From what we hear, their first offer was rejected by the board.

    They only want to hold onto JH, wonder whats going to happen to Allied??

    Did Allied bring this on??

    All will be revealed.
