While this announcement is great news,I hate to a dampener, but where are they going to get the money for this project? Capital raising soon?

The wind farms, the gas fields, and the old oil fields all followed above.

Seychelles due to lack of ann appears to be struggling to find a farm-in partner, and now we have diverted attention to a new gas opportunity, I swear the directors of this company have ADD or something JUST FOCUS and they might actually accomplish something.
