December Market Update stated:


"As previously advised, Aeris Environmental Ltd (Aeris) is in detailed negotiations with a major international corporation with a view to accelerating the roll out of its proprietary microbial control technologies. The Company is anticipating entering into a memorandum of understanding or a commercial agreement Q1 2012."

However, I wouldn't be surprised if the first quarter 2012 passes with no announcement. Just checked their Web site for announcements and the latest one listed was 20 Sept 2010.

This would indicate a truly responsible organisation that endeavours to keep shareholders updated.
