what we have to remember.....all this action is taking place around the EQUINOX......
also, we are sitting 144 Months from the all time high on the SPX following the dot.com bubble....
commonly...the 144 cycle ends in lows rather than highs......so even tho the USA markets are near highs at present.....I am confident that we won't see major highs set until late April.........
of course.....all speculation and time will be the test.....
