It would seem to be obvious that the same 20% that are mobidly obese isnt necessary the same 20% that is on brain-numbing drugs...
I would guess somewhere between 60 to 70%...
Then there is the rapid aging profile, for example the significant portion of the population that is of retiring aging baby-boomer age and probably not really up for open street warfare...
It can go on and on of course by it doesnt change the initial premise...
