    How many shares would someone need to get on the board with CTP. Maybe early signs of future TO.....

    Kinda makes sense that something was in the pipeline.

    Now wouldnt it be a surprise that maybe some big executive came in from BIG potential JV partner.
    The buying indications could have heralded this.
    Maybe Shell, Conoco,.... have a guess???

    Certainly the news has been about since last Thursday to say the least. Why so much action since then.
