i assume you made your request to seh to place the latest paterson report on their web site via their email format ??

i was very impressed with seh's latest announcement a few days earlier and had placed an order at 78c. the night before they took off from 79c to 89c.

have had to chase them up now in order to top up further.
however if the value, as assessed by patersons, is there then my approach these days is, if you think there's a large potential gain dont muck around - go for it
