Just read Tina's post again. I helped in getting NAB's social media strategy off the ground and still sit next to our social media team. I totally agree with the thought leadership idea as well as twitter, FB, youtube etc being a conversation between the company, its shareholders and its peers.

On the conversation side, one of our decisions was that we would use social media to educate our customers on things that are relevant to them, that they may not find easily on their own. Things such as where we get our funding from, what are the pressures, how the world markets affect us etc.

My suggestion for Anteo would be to do the same for shareholders as well as potential customers. Something like tweeting how long it would take from the patent application being "ready for issue" to it actually being granted. I am sure not many of us are aware of the process and would love a single point to seek such information.

I have to take my hat off to Tina and Geoff on this one, as coming to a forum where where your shareholders are actively discussing your company and product is something I have never seen before. I for one feel very content knowing that what we discuss here is being fed to Geoff.
