best to have a 'no idiot' policy when you are investing... if you even get a hint that there is an incompetent, inept, or deceitful management... just run.

what they have done should have been illegal. when you look at the share registry you realise there are no substantial shareholders who are there to keep an eye on management... which is why the subsidiary is trying to take over the parent.

i lost a few hundred; but glad i got out... a train wreck.
