It is highly probable they have a better offer on the table.
Res 2 and 3 will not get my votes, and a coupla hundred million other votes I am sure I could rustle up over the phone.
I am prepared to offer the same $$$ in res 2 & 3 for half the share consideration ( 1.2cps as opposed to .6cps ) unless they have a better offer.
I suspect they have a better offer than mine already,,, hence the wording in the anns
