Money for res 2 & 3 is available at better shareholder value than the old .6 pre re-rate kos fiasco rubbish.
.6 is milk maid milk money at this point of the proceedings.
Res 2 & 3 won't get up imo,,, and the money will be forthcoming at Monash or better levels anyway.
