Although a fairly extensive update, overall its not what we were looking for. It is however comforting that the company are in fact taking the correct approach and not just signing to anything.

The multi billion dollar organisations (not companies) is the teaser for me. I find it curious that they are organisations ( to me being creditors ) and not specifically mentioned as companies..i dont think ive crossed my eyes here

I believe that this signifies that the company is in deep discussions, that they are not signing first and reviewing later and have back up (perhaps) from creditors that may get involved here if mgmt are not happy with what we get offered from the JV

all in my opinion

P.s options do appear to be dead

P.p.s any CR will be taken up in droves by sophisticated investors so no reall worry there

P.p.p.s those creditors (assuming they are infact that) may soon become a substantial holder in this also


The future is bright albeit looking a bit more distant
