    your essentially doing the atkins diet (no carbs but lots of protein and fat).

    It's not a bad det, but it's def not a long term solution, you'll need to add back in good carbs (not processed carbs) - like sweet potato and broccoli at some stage.

    At the end of the day, if you want to lose weight, just work out your daily calorific needs and minus 500 calories from it and you'll lose around half a kg (there is 7000~ calories in a kilo) without even exercising and obviously more with exercise.
