Yes you are correct.
I will add some fruits and as you put it good carbs over the coming weeks once I can get a good grip on eating the way I now do.
Exercise is certainly something ive also started to do starting with walking and will work it up as I move forward.
Calorie counting is not something I worry about at this stage and the good doctor states it doesnt mean a lot.
Not quite versed as to why it doesnt matter so cant elaborate on this point.
