    What a stunning report-SEH is head to 15c very soon, could be more but that would suffice for the next leg up. 25c may only be a few months away.

    And the valuation assumes capital raising will be via issue of equity, in yet in today's release the company states in is to raise capital on a non dilutive funding basis.
