    $2500 per acre is great news imo. It gives GGP a benchmark for their upcomming purchase. They won't have to pay through the nose for what they're after. I'd say negociations will point to this auction as a reasonable indicator of land value right now. I'll be very happy if we can pick up more land at $2-3000 per acre nearby our ground.
