Yes looks that way, I am surprised there isnt buying to counter the selling...
Remember the huge volume we saw last year when it hit around 4.5c and that was basically on the announcement of the shift to Manganese.
We now have the off take agreement and SP is halved almost... Does not add up - The universe always corrects itself eventually :)
