re: Ann: Change of Directors Interest - Appen... what is it the time minimum time period legally permissible whereby a director is allowed to purchase shares prior to a price sensitive announcement? Is is 15 days?
Would suggest that the likelihood of the HOA going unconditional and the price appreciating is likely.. (one would think anyway.. this stock is all over the place so who would know)
