There are 21,076,319 shares being offered on the sell side under 3.1c and the remaining 10,278,801 shares are loaded between 3.1c - 13.5c.

Provided we don't receive any material announcements within the near term one might speculate that the 10m @ 3.1c and above are probably safe (won't be sold), however based on the announcements received this time last year I believe there is a massive shortage in current supply, and this is what drives a sp after any positive announcement.

The Development Collaboration announcement with GSK 10 months ago saw the first 7 lines on the sell side wiped out within 10 minutes and a total volume traded on the day of 125m shares, so subject to the next GSK update NOT being material an additional 100m shares may need to be supplied on sell side again to keep the sp under 3c.

* Development Discussions with FMCG 2 (UK)

* Intellectual Property - Patent allowance for eM-Patch

And for the sake keeping things balanced, if we don't receive any announcements and the traditional "run away in May" theme applies across world markets again in 2012 then we may very well be blessed with a share price back in the mid to high teens again - which I for one would very much welcome ;)
