Great question dancer. Nice price jump, high volume and 3 million more on the buy than the sell. Knowing this company, these type of build ups are "usually" for a "reason". They are not a favourite plaything, normally, and all I can suggest is that some "punting" subscription has included ICN on its buy list. Otherwise, it could only be a "leak" developing.
Can only watch, but, it just confirms my view that when things start to happen, SP will jump very quickly and this time will be sustained.
Just keep in mind that SP has risen nearly 50% this year and there will certainly be profit takers.
