Talei, Sundance Resources, (SDL) is a good case in point. A West African Iron Ore producer, it really started to move when a MOU was signed that insured that a rail network would be put into place that insured ore transport from mine to port. I realise that their situation is not exactly the same as NMR's but this move monetised SDL's project and IMHO would do the same for all Botswanan coalers including little old NMR.
