judgment by videoconference, page-11

The NTMA has been discontinued, so there are two cases left awaiting judgment, both in the Federal Court of Australia (Adelaide):

"Access to books, records and agreements pertaining to the Four Mile Joint Venture"

and...

"Misleading and deceptive conduct"

This must be the judgement for both right???!!!

How is it that this information comes from a share trading forum? There must be a trading halt on Monday morning surely!!

Can you imaging the effect this will have on the share price if either judgment is positive in the slightest? On the other hand, I don't believe anything other than the intention to mine in a JV is factored into the current price.

I'm not sure I can hold my breath for 3 days, but I'll try :/
