    Why do you think Hartley's are so optimistic about WHN's prospects! Could it be they already have a mandate to raise cash soon?

    Going back to the Dec-2011 Quarterly WHN had $3.7m in cash at end Dec-2011. Estimated spend for the Mar-2012 quarter was $2.7m. So right now WHN may have only $1m in the kitty.

    I'd say a raising was coming real soon. But hey, it doesn't, imo, change the valuation assumptions in any material way.
