re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... First question is do we need the money from res 2/3 now to stay alive?

From the monarch annc my understanding is that were in negotiations for full funding of demo plant so staying alive money doesn't seem to be an issue anymore right??

Also in the egm meeting they say "NO RECOMMENDATION" in favour of res 2/3 so is telling us something? Y the bold letters?

I understand that these ppl we willing to put down cased while we were strapped and couldn't raise the rest so is it fair not to give them their entitlement? If we ever need cash

I might also give my votes to someone on the board with skin if that can be done atleast I don't have to sit and guess what the board is thinking what's best for us.. If u got skin your in the same boat as us ordinary holders wich are obviously mixed about the message where recieving??

The board is obviously aware what's needed to pass or not so I'm thinking the easiest is to send my votes also to one of them with skin as he will surely make the right decision?
