Dino, I would not recommend your diet for those overweight, in fact almost all of it is what I avoid, but it works for you.

I do however agree on reverse eating.

You can have a good breaky and main meal for lunch whilst the body is active, has time to fully digest, and burn off, and then a smaller evening meal, at least 2 hours before bed. One should NEVER eat after 2 hours before bed. Morning and afternoon tea probably a work environment thing, but something I would not indulge in usually.

One needs to understand the digestive system and healing system. When one is awake, the digestive system operates. On sleeping, the healing system takes over...think how the system goes as far as shutdown comatose for maximum sleep and healing. So eating and going to bed, results in the food not being processed in time or properly. While it lays in your stomach, fermentation and rotting would be a better picture to have in mind....does your sh!t stink, you fart and stink etc, eat fruit on a full stomach, candida etc can be the results.

Men with pot bellies have candida....beer, sugars, fermentation. Had a lady friend who was always skinny and you couldnt fatten. She started having 2 beers every night, and now is a rolly polly.

One does not have to starve oneself, you can eat a huge salad with rice say, will not put on weight, but will fill and be nutritious. I used to make a huge tub of salad with rice sometimes for lunch. Heaps of vegetables, many choices. This is about changing ones attitudes and processes, as the previous method is a FAIL, and needs one to completely reprogramme their way of thinking. Meat, especially red is much harder and longer to digest, so having a big chunk of meat close to bed time, I would consider to be very unhealthy eating...IMO of course.
