    If you really get into the 5 food groups, the food pyramid and the latest American food guides from the same people, you will find that if you follow the main basic premise of having daily allowance of:

    2 fruits,
    5 half cups of cooked vegetables, or substituting some half cups of veggies for full cups of raw salad veggies,
    your 1 or 2 wholegrain slices of bread, (you can swap one for a small spud),
    3 dairy servings ( some milk on your wholegrain wetties and in your tea or coffee, a small chunk of cheese and a small tub of yogurt as an example)
    and palm size piece of steak, chicken or fish,

    you have used up all your allowable caloric intake
    if you are sedentary person.

    then

    any Gellati or ice cream, Tim Tams, Black Forrest cake, choc muffin, Apple Strudle, Kit Kat, Pringles, Liquer chockies and Rum and Raisins chocolate are disallowed at the penalty of inches of abdominal fat.
