I suppose it comes down to whether you want to die old and relatively Happy and Healthy.
Or the opposite
"We're here for a Good Time, not for a Long Time", some might say.
But the debilitating effects of constantly pigging out on rubbish DO affect Quality of Life.
Obesity, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, Chronic Renal Failure, Blindness, Needing another Toe chopped off every Visit to Hospital, eventually Dying in Hospital or Dropping Dead at Home or at Work etc.
These are the sort of things that a an Uncontrolled Excessive Lifestyle of Gluttony can do to a person.
Unfortunately, I see it at work all the time.
