Okay, after all this discussion I have realised exactly what the Board wants shareholders to do, IN MY OPINION, and it is to do with 1 line of the announcement that I didn't see until rereading the announcement again.
I quote from Page 3 under the heading of "Important Voting Information". It is stated that "The Chairman of the Meeting intends to vote all undirected proxies in favour of resolutions 1, 4 & 5", clearly an indication that they are not in favour of resolutions 2 & 3.
Clearly, to support the board one must vote NO to 2 & 3 and YES to 1, 4 & 5.
