Thanks for such an excellent and thoughtful post - one of the best and most constructive that I have read on any HC post, not just on CTP threads.

To achieve the aims outlined in your suggested plan, we would need to have some more entrepreneurial talent on the board(s), preferably people with oil and gas and/or coal experience, and with proven track records in taking companies from explorer to significant producer status.

The time has certainly come for CTP to start taking some giant leaps forward, instead of the faltering steps of the past. Most of us who have followed the progress of the company believe that we have huge energy resources tucked away in the ground which the company controls. Significant positive finds have already been made, but a sustained drilling programme, backed up with early production, is now required.

With new talent in the leadership team, and with positive, constructive input from shareholders, great things are now possible for this company. It is not unrealistic to think that CTP will be a major force in Australia's energy production within five years.
