From the latest announcement:
'Sino Gas has appointed Argonaut Capital to raise in excess of $25 million in non-dilutive funding'.
Patterson's valuation is based on a sell down, however if capital is raised on a non dilutive basis as noted from the most recent announcement (see above) then Patterson's are saying values will be higher than shown on their most recent valuation.
