In the end we have to rely on our legal team.

I base my investment as if we lost the case in which case we would in effect have a JV and a reduced working interest.

We could have walked away and avoided the issue but then we wouldnt have the land, which would have us blundering around with our originaL investments.

I cant see how Arturus can be of much help but Im not expecting it to get to that stage.

Although we would lose 25% we now have 3-4 more potential intervals which in effect gives us 3-4 times more potential Acreage.

What would concern me more is loss of Operator status.

But whatever the outcme we have some good land.
