The distance of 1173km is the exact distance from Kanona to Beira ariport. The port is further out, but would not come up on google map. Since you clearly don't know how to use google map, the Satellite feature allows you to zoom in to the point where cars and trucks are very clear.
Any company that has to travel long distances to market, You should use this feature to check the rout. Is all of it sealed. What chock points. Mounts. City traffic. All will effect delivery.

As for the 10,000. It clearly states in the Nov presentation, that the target for the Q2 is 5000ton from both mines. So I didn't pull anything out of the air. Please read the presentation.
