Is the 90% correct in this case? I thought that Hanlong were going down the route of an SOA because that meant they could avoid the 90% compulsory aquistion rule and thus only needed 50%. I don't know that for a fact and can't find the information from when were first sent it. I seem to remember this being one of the things that angered me about the deal in the first place - that they were essentially sidelining the retail investors.
Could someone enlighten me?
