their beloved Labor Party is now irrelevant therefore their is no opposition.
Labor now is just another minority party. one of many.
in fact it could be argued that the Gillard Labor Government is illegitimate by the fact that they have lees than 20% support going on the QLD figures.
Gillard is only Prime Minister by name. She is a sham PM. If Labor refuses to admit this then call an election and put it back to the people.
we know this wont happen because Gillard, Brown, Jokeshott etc only care about their flimsy hold on power than they do the Australian people.
